There are 10 automated production lines for on-board connector such as GB AC/DC vehicle inlet, low-voltage signal plug and receptacle, 16A~40A high-voltage plug and receptacle, 80A~350A high voltage plug and receptacle.
There are 3 automated production lines for charging products such as 4th generation of GB AC IC-CPD charger/adapter and Euro standard adapter. Over 70% of products are produced automatically.
There are 9 flexible production lines for high-voltage harness such as AC/DC charging inlet harness, PTC and air conditioning harness, PDU-motor and battery pack-OBC harness and 24V battery harness.
